Recent incidents of academic and sexual misconduct on college campuses have focused national attention on the conduct of students and the actions of administrators. Now, more than ever, a clearly articulated, well-communicated code of conduct is critical for any university.
In today’s fast-paced, information-filled world, relying on antiquated methods of policy dissemination and check-the-box compliance is insufficient. Codes of conduct need to be communicated effectively and user review and acknowledgment monitored and tracked.
The Code of Conduct Awareness Program is a comprehensive solution to the challenge institutions face in creating and maintaining awareness of high-risk conduct issues.

The University Code of Conduct Awareness Program addresses the problem of student awareness on three fronts: Education, Communication, and Tracking.
The Program consists of brief, online courses designed to provide students a clear
understanding of their university’s code of conduct, including topics such as:

Courses can be tailored to reflect the university’s specific policies and procedures.
The Program is delivered through an online portal that provides a central location for students to find and for administrators to manage code of conduct information and education. Additionally, the portal offers a communication tool that allows administrators to alert designated audiences to policy/procedure changes or to raise awareness of heightened risk issues.
The Program includes tracking of students’ review of content and
course completion as well as acknowledgment and receipt of alerts.
